All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. We offer a standard 1-2 day service, plus a next day option which includes Saturday delivery at no extra cost.

- for heavier orders over 2kg, we use a next day courier service, charging £14.95
If you place your order before 2pm (GMT / Mon-Fri) we will dispatch the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We happily ship our International orders via Fedex. All orders are fully tracked, a signature is required upon delivery and prices remain valid for unlimited number of items. Simply select your destination from the drop down at the checkout and your shipping will be added automatically. See below information on the delivery times and costs applicable to your country. RETURNS
COTTONLOVE.CO.UK accepts for a full refund or exchange, returns made within 14 days of receipt of your order, providing you have notified us of your request to return an item within 7 days of receipt of your order.
All returns are subject to the following:
• Items are returned in the same condition and quantity to which they were received.
• The goods are unused other than the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is reasonable evidence to suggest the goods have been used, you may loose the right to exercise a return.
• All external tags remain in tact (where applicable)

When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by you the customer, you are responsible for the shipping charges. You also take responsibility for any items lost during shipping when exchanging or returning product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, a maximum of 30 business days after COTTONLOVE.CO.UK receipt of the returned product.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Please seek to return items within 14 days of receipt of your items. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted only at the discretion of COTTONLOVE.CO.UK and depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit.
